Mountain Pose
Stand with feet together, toes pointing forward and arms at your sides. Hold for several breaths; breathing rhythmically

Extended Mountain Pose
Inhale and raise your arms overhead.

Forward Bend Pose
Exhale and bend forward from the hips. Bend your knees till your fingertips touch the floor. Allow your head to dangle and your arms to hang loose.

Kneeling Lunge Pose
Inhale. Keep your right foot between hands and stretch your left leg behind you. Shift forward until your right knee is fully bent at a right angle. Keep palms flat on the floor. Hang your head forward.

Plank Pose
Exhale. Bring the bent leg back to meet the straight leg. Arms should be straight, palms down under your shoulders, toes tucked under. Hold your head, back and buttocks in a straight line. Push your heels out to keep your lower back from caving in.

Cat Pose
Inhale and come down to the floor on your hands and knees. Place your hands directly under your shoulders with fingers pointed forward, arms straight. Your knees should be slightly apart, directly under your hips. Exhale and lower yourself to the floor in Child pose with your arms stretched out in front of you on the floor.

Cobra Pose
Inhale and come up into Cobra pose. Raise your upper body keeping your elbows bent, your shoulders away from your earlobes.

Downward Dog Pose
Exhale and lift your hips up until you're standing on your toes. Keep your hands firmly planted on the floor and your legs straight. Your head, neck, arms and back are all on an even plane. Lower your heels toward the floor as far as they will go comfortably.

Kneeling Lunge Pose
Inhale and move your right foot between your hands. Shift forward until your right knee is fully bent at a right angle. Keep palms flat on the floor. Hang head forward.

Forward Bend Pose
Exhale and bring your left foot up beside your right foot. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and knees slighlty bent, hands on the floor. Allow your head to dangle and your arms to hang loose.

Inhale, stand up and raise your arms up over your head.

Exhale and lower your arms to your sides. Stand with feet together, toes pointing forward and arms at your sides. Hold for several breaths.
